My name is Amy Lepine. I am a wife and mother of two beautiful girls. We live in Exira Iowa with our 2 dogs and 2 birds. It can be a zoo around here some days.
I have enjoyed photography since i was a kid, I wanted to take classes in high school but it didn't work out with class scheduling. I never attended college, I married and had two girls.
My wonderful husband bought our first decent digital camera and I started taking scenic pictures. I taught myself how to use and operate the camera, as well as using online editing programs where i could find them.
My daughters asked me if I would take them to have their pictures taken and after thinking about it, I decided I could do it myself. So I did. I have been taking their photographs as well as family members for some time now.
I found an editing program that worked for me, and although i am still learning new things, I enjoy every minute of it.
Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and now with the help and support of my family and friends, I am able to share my passion with you.

As you have probably noticed, a lot of the photos have a watermark of Sweetpea Photography. That was the name i was using when i lived in Mississippi. I have since moved to Iowa and have reverted back to my own name (Amy Lepine Photography). But all photos are mine and copyrighted as such. I ask that none of my photos be taken from my website/websites and edited,copied and/or reproduced.
